Church of St. Boniface Martyr Faith Formation Program Registration 2024-25

NOTE:

  • All Baptismal information must be included, even if this is a re-registration!
  • Please complete and return this form WITH YOUR SIGNED PARENT AGREEMENT via email with proof of electronic payment to StBonReligiousEd@gmail.com, or with a check to the Parish Office (Tu, W, Th 9:00-3:00).
  • Class Registration Fees:
  • There is no fee for the students of our volunteer teachers Please reach out to volunteer!
  • Please do not wait to register your child as you consider the schedules for their extracurricular activities.

How to Register

2. Submit:

  • Print and complete the registration forms and return them via email to stbonreligioused@gmail.com as soon as possible OR
  • Drop off the forms at the Parish Center at 145 Glen Ave., Sea Cliff, NY, 11579.

3. Payment:

  • Class Registration Fees:
    • $250 for 1st child,
    • $225 for each additional child.
    • $100 Sacrament fee (2nd and 8th grades only).
  • There is no fee for the students of our volunteer teachers Please reach out to volunteer!

Religious Education Back to School Information

Kids-Cross1Open Registration:  After all Masses on the weekends of September 14-15 and September 21-22, 2013.  Click here for online registration.
Our Religious Education Program for School Year 2013-2014 begins in the week of September 22, 2013.
Back to School Night for all grades and programs is September 25, 2013 from 6:30 to 8:30 pm.
Each grade group will have a general meeting in the gym and then a meeting with teachers in their child’s classroom as per the following schedule:

Oktoberfest!

Oktoberfest will be back this year by popular demand, on October 5, 2013, complete with a live German band, Bavarian dancers and wonderful German food and beer!  Ticket sales start 8/31.

We will be participating in an historic Diocesan Pilgrimage to the Basilica of the National Shrine in Washington. on September 28, 2013.
